OPTIMUM Towing

Includes roadside assistance or towing (to the nearest authorized repair location) for a repair in a vehicle-down situation that prevents the safe and lawful operation of the vehicle. $750, $1,200, and $1,800 maximum reimbursements per occurrence.

• Unit does not have active manufacturer base warranty or extended coverage.
• Extended OPTIMUM must be purchased at a Freightliner or Western Star dealer.
• For engine coverages, the engine must be in its original chassis and must match the vocation on the original vehicle product registration.
• An Inspect and Repair form is required for all Extended OPTIMUM purchases and is valid for 6 months or 500 miles/805 km (whichever occurs first) from inspection and/or repair date.
• Extended OPTIMUM begins on the date the coverage is purchased. Time and distance limits are measured from the contract purchase date of the product and start from the current miles/kilometers on the odometer/hubometer.
• Coverage expires when the time or distance limit specified in the purchased plan is reached. For on-highway units, coverage will not exceed 750,000 miles (1,207,500 KM) or 7 years, whichever comes first. For vocational units, coverage will not exceed 500,000 miles (805,000 KM) or 7 years, whichever comes first. For medium duty units, coverage will not exceed 400,000 miles (644,000 KM) or 7 years, whichever comes first.
